Morocco Earthquake 2023

On 8 September 2023 at 23:11, an earthquake with a moment magnitude of 6.8–6.9 struck Morocco's Marrakesh Safi Region.

Leaving many communities in the Atlas Mountains in dire need of aid. In response, UK Relief  was dispatched to provide much-needed assistance.

The team, consisting of trained volunteers and humanitarian workers, arrived in Morocco with supplies and equipment to help those affected by the earthquake. They set up a base camp in the affected areas and worked closely with local authorities and organizations to assess the needs of the communities.
